Biography

Maisie is a London based commercial dancer, performer, and heels instructor. She graduated with a BA (Hons) Degree in Professional and Commercial Dance and has continued to train in Commercial, Heels, Jazz, and Contemporary. Passionate about creating a supportive and welcoming community, her teaching combines strong technical foundations with an encouraging and accessible approach, helping dancers develop musicality, body awareness, movement quality, and self-expression through dance.

Class Description

Take your first steps in heels in a welcoming and supportive environment. This class is perfect for complete beginners and anyone who is new to dancing in heels. We’ll focus on posture, balance, walks, lines, musicality, introductory hairography, and performance quality through simple exercises and short combinations. Expect a fun and encouraging atmosphere where you can develop strong foundations, move with greater control, and leave each class feeling more confident and empowered.
