Biography

Adél is a professional dancer, choreographer, and teacher. She trained in classical ballet at the Hungarian Dance University in Budapest, and later danced with the Szeged Contemporary Dance Company, Pécs Ballet, and the Győr Ballet Company.

She has also worked on project productions with the Hofesh Shechter Company and spent eight years as a dancer with the Rambert Dance Company in London, collaborating with internationally renowned choreographers and developing my artistic practice. She now works as a freelance performer, choreographer, and teacher.

Alongside performing, she creates her own work, with choreographies presented at Resolution Festival at The Place, Rambert’s choreography platforms, and most recently ‘Head to Head’ for Győr Ballet Company.

Her teaching draws on her experience as both a performer and creator, combining technical awareness, musicality, improvisation, and creativity. She aims to create an open and supportive environment where dancers can explore movement, build confidence, and develop their own artistic voice.
