This is a well-balanced class for those who have a good understanding of ballet technique. Class will emphasise int/adv elements such as grand pirouettes and batterie in petite allegro. Lisa’s classes focus on enhancing coordination, musicality and strength, while encouraging artistry through flowing combinations. Careful attention to detail and proper technical execution is stressed for injury prevention within a supportive and positive environment.
