Class Details

Jana’s contemporary blends the foundations and techniques of contemporary dance, flow and floorwork, and physical theatre. Elements of smooth movement and power technique, and how to use them combined. Using detailed musicality to drive the intention behind the movement. You will work on improvisation in a safe environment and learn how to use different parts of your body to initiate and lead a movement, such as exploring how to express through dance.

Biography

Jana performed with German Panoptikum theatre on a tour across Europe, National Theatre in Czech Republic, and works in film industry as a performer and movement director.
