During this unique Variations Ballet Course you will have the opportunity to learn variations from well-known classics such as La Bayadère, Don Quixote, The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, and Giselle. Each session will include a brief warm-up to prepare you for the variations being taught. Female dancers can choose to be on pointe or use ballet slippers. Biography

Christina-Maria Mittelmaier is a London-based ballet teacher and coach. She studied dance in Greece and the US. Staying up-to-date and expanding her expertise, she has been taking workshops for more than twenty-five years with leading people in the field such as Gretchen Ward Warren of the USF in the US and Pilates courses with renowned instructors like David Katz in London. While she also studied RAD, the majority of her training and teaching is based on the Vaganova technique. She is also a certified teacher of the Progressing Ballet Technique. Christina has over thirty years of experience in teaching ballet and has taught everyone from beginners to professional dancers, well-known actors, such Ben Daniels, and professional athletes of Rhythmic Sportive Gymnastics.
