CLASS LEVELS EXPLAINED

Open classes: operate on a drop-in basis, where you can join any week by paying a single class fee. Each class is a stand-alone experience and typically includes warm-up exercises and choreography. Those who attend frequently can take advantage of our package offers.

Courses: offer a more structured learning experience, running for a limited period (typically 6-8 weeks) with no drop-ins allowed. The group remains consistent, allowing even progression for the students. Class capacity for courses is reduced to ensure more personal attention. Many of our courses aim to introduce you to a new dance and ease your entry into an open class setting.

We offer a variety of dance classes suited to different experience levels. Here’s a guide to help you find the right class for you:

Absolute Beginners : Perfect for those with no prior dance experience. These classes focus on fundamental movements, rhythm, and coordination in a supportive environment.

Beginners : Ideal for those with some experience or returning to dance after a break. You’ll build confidence, learn basic techniques, and develop foundational skills.

General:  Suitable for dancers with a basic understanding of technique who are ready to explore more combinations and musicality. Some prior experience is recommended, not suitable for absolute beginners .

All Levels : Open to everyone, from beginners to advanced dancers. The class is structured to allow modifications for different abilities, making it accessible yet challenging.
