Biography

Siyu Lu is a multi-genre dancer with 20 years of experience, having begun professional dance training at the age of 12 in China. Siyu’s diverse career spans choreography, teaching, and performing in London’s contemporary and commercial dance scene. Siyu’s passion for dance, supported by nearly two decades of training, allows them to explore and shape innovative, cross-genre projects that push the boundaries of contemporary performance.

Lyrical Contemporary

This beginner-friendly class begins with a gentle yet intentional warm-up to fully prepare the body and focus the mind for movement. Dancers will explore expressive lyrical and contemporary choreography set to popular music, while building a strong foundation in technique, musicality, and fluidity. Emphasis is placed on performance quality and emotional expression, with choreography designed to be both artistically fulfilling and visually engaging. The class offers a supportive and creatively rich environment for dancers to grow in confidence, expand their movement vocabulary, and enjoy the artistry of dance.

K-Pop
