Do I need an appointment?

All therapists manage their own diaries. Please contact them directly. If you have any queries please email office@natureworks.net

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment starts
You will be seated on the landing area where your therapist will come out to collect you.

What if I am late for my appointment?

Before booking a session please enquire with the therapist what their late and cancellation policy is.

May I specifically request a male or female therapist?

Yes, of course! NATUREWORKS offers both male and female therapists – the choice is yours. All of our therapists are trained to drape towels discretely over any areas of the body not involved in the treatment.

Can a Natureworks team advise me on treatments?

NATUREWORKS staff are very well informed about all the available treatments and are happy to provide general information about the therapies on offer in relationship to your requirements.

How do I pay for my treatment?

Payments are made directly to the therapists. Some therapists take both cash and card. Please enquire with them before upon booking.

Natureworks provides the space for private practitioners to conduct their practice. As the circumstances and needs of patients are often complicated and vary individually, we are unable to provide any specific advice, or accept any responsibility for the outcome of treatments and the manner in which they are carried out at our premises. Individual practitioners are solely responsible for their own patients.

Terms and Conditions
Natureworks therapist room hirers are responsible for:
• Where the room hire is for therapeutic purposes ensuring they are properly and
currently certified by their governing body and they are appropriately and currently
insured. Valid documents and certificates must be sent via email to the Natureworks
coordinator before hiring a room and resent on renewal.
• For managing their own diaries.
• Abiding by any current future Danceworks/Natureworks precautionary health
measures.
• Providing any PPE required by their governing body.
• For cleaning /sanitising the room between clients.
• Any linen used to be placed inside the linen baskets provided.
• A replacement linen fee will be required for any linen that is found to be soiled
excessively by oils, dye etc and cannot be cleaned by the laundry company.
• For collecting clients who are waiting for their appointment from the seating provided
on the first-floor landing/in Natureworks corridor. There will be a key-code lock on the
door adjacent to the Natureworks rooms to prevent general entry to the Natureworks and
office area. This code must not be shared.
• For informing their clients that they should only arrive shortly before their appointment
and that they must leave the building immediately after
• For leaving the room clean and tidy.
• For vacating the room immediately at the end of the booking. Please note there will be
15-minute gaps between bookings to allow staff to prepare the rooms for the next hirer.
Please ensure that there is no delay to staff entry.

• Abiding by the 48-hour cancellation policy via email.
No candles or incense are to be used in the Natureworks rooms.
