Ballet is the basis of all dance. A good school will emphasize technique, strength, flexibility and precision. Ballet uniforms should be required for each class and should conform to guidelines and policies set forth by the School Owners in consultation with the Artistic Director. This should all be in the school's brochure. Through structure, discipline and quality instruction, the school will give the student a sense of achievement, confidence and self-esteem.
